This privacy policy governs the use of the software application BE-READY.net (“Application”) for mobile devices by a User.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application collects various information entered by the User and required specific permissions depending on the Device (see specific chapter).
The User may enter information about persons, his preparation, inventories and risks. Theses data are stored locally and are not sent outside the Application without a manual action of the User.
The User can request the Application to export some of the data as a file (on the local storage) or an email attachment. The Application does not stored other information.

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information provided by the User when he download and register the Application and that are shared by the Store Owner (AppStore, Playstore...).
No registration is required to make the Application works.

Automatically Collected Information

No information is automatically collected or transmitted.

Device permissions for Personal Data access

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.
By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.
Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.

Contacts permission

Used for accessing contacts and profiles on the User's device, including the changing of entries. This permission is needed to allow exporting the content as an email attachment. No other information are accessed.

Storage permission

Used for accessing shared external storage, including the reading and adding of any items. This permission is needed to allow exporting content for usage outside the Application like printing or backup.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

The Application does not collect any information about the location of the mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No data is shared with everyone.
User Provided Information collected during the download and register process could be shared with an official entity in the case of a valid legal request.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and informing you via the Application. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
